Crystals of Yke2 obtained by the hanging-drop vapour-diffusion technique using (a) 26%(w/v) PEG 3000, 100 mM bis-tris pH 7.0 and 0.1 M lithium sulfate and (b) 23%(w/v) PEG 400, 100 mM Na MES pH 6.0 and 0.1 M sodium acetate. The crystals shown have approximate dimensions of 0.35 × 0.30 × 0.30 mm (a) and 0.70 × 0.06 × 0.06 mm (b).
