Polarity titration of the CAI-BioShuttle. We performed a titration to measure the influence of TFE on the structure as described in methods. The relative amount of secondary structure motifs of the CAI-Inhibitor is monitored here by UV-CD polarity titration. The ordinate reveals the relative percentage of structure type. The abscissa shows the concentration of TFA in water.
