The amino acid sequence of the cytoplasmic tails is shown in single-letter code. The diaromatic residues and the preceding phenylalanines are highlighted in boldface type. One sequence is shown for the CD-MPR since it is identical in all known species, two sequences for the mannose receptor (human and mouse) (26), and four sequences for the phospholipase A2 receptor (human, bovine, rabbit, and mouse) (2730).
