Specificity of anti-δ-OR Ab. NG108–15 cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with preimmune serum (1:1000), anti-δ-OR (Anti-DOR1 Ab; 1:1000) preadsorbed with the antigenic peptide (0.3 mg/ml), and FITC-conjugated secondary Ab or anti-δ-OR Ab (1:1000 dilution). COS-7 cells overexpressing δ-OR were processed as above and stained with preimmune serum or anti-δ-OR Ab (1.5 μg/ml). Parental COS-7 cells were stained with anti-δ-OR Ab (1.5 μg/ml).
