Each sample was compared to the NT control (first line) and then with its negative control [e.g., INH (24 h) was compared with INH-Mut (24 h) and gave the p value of 0.0010]. A yes or no beneath the p value indicates whether means are significantly different (p < 0.05) between two compared samples.
