eEPSCs are dramatically reduced following combined application of CTx and AgTx. (A) The two toxins applied together left only a few small eEPSCs, toward the end of the train. These were essentially eliminated by ACPT-1. In all other neurones (n=4), eEPSCs were abolished by the toxins.
