(B) This portrays the long head of the biceps tendon severed at the supraglenoid brim and retracted from the joint cavity; also a trough has been made in the coracoid process. (C) This shows the tendon anchored in its new position, the edges of the musculotendinous cuff approximated by interrupted sutures and the coraco-acromial ligament divided close to the acromion process.
