Expression of Ly-5.1⁺ spleen cells for markers of T cells, B cells, macrophages, and granular cells from congeneic Ly-5.1 → Ly-5.2 chimeras 4 months after SCT with 1 × 10³ LD, lineage-negative, CD71⁻, H-2 class I^bright HSCs from 5-FU-treated donor mice or BMT with T cell-purged marrow cells.
