Cumulative mortality with glomerulonephritis and serum levels of IgG anti-DNA and gp70 in H-2^k (⋄), H-2^b/k (○), and H-2^b (•) BXSB male mice. Eighteen H-2^k, 24 H-2^b/k, and 15 H-2^b mice were followed for establishing the mortality rate. Results of serum levels of autoantibodies, determined at 6 months of age, are expressed as follows: units/ml, IgG anti-DNA antibodies; μg/ml, gp70 complexed with anti-gp70 antibodies.
