Cumulative mortality with glomerulonephritis and serum levels of IgG anti-DNA and gp70 IC in H-2^d/b (NZB × BXSB-E-7)F₁ Ea^d transgenic (○, Tg) and nontransgenic (•) female mice and H-2^d/d (NZB × BXSB.H-2^d)F₁ nontransgenic female mice (⋄). Twenty-six H-2^d/b transgenics, 26 H-2^d/b nontransgenics, and 15 H-2^d/d nontransgenics were followed for establishing the mortality rate. Results of serum levels of autoantibodies, determined at 4 months of age, are expressed as follows: units/ml, IgG anti-DNA antibodies; μg/ml, gp70 complexed with anti-gp70 antibodies.
