Cumulative mortality with glomerulonephritis and serum levels of IgG anti-DNA and gp70 IC in H-2^k/b (MRL × BXSB-E-7)F₁ Ea^d transgenic (○, Tg) and nontransgenic (•) male mice, and H-2^k/k (MRL × BXSB.H-2^k)F₁ nontransgenic male mice (⋄). Nineteen H-2^k/b transgenics, 23 H-2^k/b nontransgenics, and 23 H-2^k/k nontransgenics were followed for establishing the mortality rate. Results of serum levels of autoantibodies, determined at 4 months of age, are expressed as follows: units/ml, IgG anti-DNA antibodies; μg/ml, gp70 complexed with anti-gp70 antibodies.
