HLA-DR1 competition binding assay for I6L, D6R and A10L peptides from vaccinia virus. Various concentrations of I6L (squares), D6R (diamonds), A10L (triangle), and control influenza-derived HA (no symbol, dotted line) peptide were used to compete binding of biotinylated HA peptide to soluble HLA-DR1, with binding measured using a streptavidin-based ELISA assay.
