Suppressive activity of epinastine hydrochrolide (EP) on mRNA expression for angiogenic factors in mast cells in IgE-mediated mechanism. Murine peritoneal mast cells (5 × 105 cells/mL) sensitized with IgE specific for ovalbumin (OVA) were stimulated with 10 ng/mL OVA for 4 hours. mRNA expression for angiogenic factors was examined by real-time RT-PCR.
