Anisotropy measurements reveal binding of ssDNA by wild-type MacRPA1 and its chimeras. The changes in anisotropy of a 22-base-long oligonucleotide (FL-22) were recorded as increasing amounts of wild-type (WT) MacRPA1 or its chimeras were added to the reaction mixture. The FPA curve of each RPA was then fitted to a binding model to calculate the dissociation constants (Table 2).
