Western blot analyses of recombinant HearNPV BVs with indicated HaF mutants. HzAm1 cells were infected with vHaBacΔF-HaFN1G, vHaBacΔF-HaFG3L, and vHaBacΔF-HaF at an MOI of 5 TCID50 U/cell.
