Results from IFAs of cells transfected with IVT viral RNA from the infectious cDNA clone pEAVrVBS. At 24 and 48 h posttransfection, viral RNA-transfected cells were examined by IFA using MAb 12A4 against the nsp1 protein of EAV (αNSP1).
