Reassembly of Golgi complex after removal of nocodazole. NAGT-I-myc Vero cells were treated with 10 μM nocodazole for 240 min to completely fragment the Golgi complex. After brief washes, the cells were incubated in drug-free medium for 15 min (A and D), 60 min (B and E), and 120 min (C and F). Cells were processed for double immunofluorescence as described in the legend of Figure 5. The reassembly process for the ST marker was similar. Bar, 20 μm.
