Experimental data format. The format of the ASCII experimental files is shown (right) with the corresponding data traces (left). If the experiment consists of a recording at two sites, with two different consecutive injections (current amplitudes 1 and 3 nA), two files should be created output_Run0.dat and output_Run1.dat, each containing one column with the timestamps and two columns with the recorded data (V) in soma and dendrite. Example was made using the PC model (De Schutter and Bower, 1994).
