Localization of MPP10 and fibrillarin in cells treated with actinomycin D. HEp-2 cells were incubated with 0.1 μg/ml actinomycin D mannitol for 4 h. After drug treatment, cells were washed, fixed, and stained with affinity-purified guinea pig anti-MPP10 and mouse anti-fibrillarin, and staining was detected with FITC-labeled anti-guinea pig and rhodamine-labeled anti-mouse.
