Nuclear import of GST-NLS substrates in digitonin-permeabilized HeLa cells. GST-NLS fusion proteins were incubated in digitonin permeabilized HeLa cells for 30 min at 37°C prior to fixation with paraformaldehyde and staining with fluorescent antibody against GST.
