Each circle represents genes expressed approximately >twofold in a metastatic tumour cell line (ALVA41, DU145 and LNCaP) compared with the normal prostate cell line, RWPE1. The number of genes upregulated in ALVA41 (red), DU145 (green) and LNCaP (blue) was 124, 118 and 91, respectively. The overlapping regions represent genes commonly overexpressed. Genes commonly upregulated in all the three cell lines are represented in the centre white region (51 genes).
