Proteins identified in G2A Naked2 vesicles are also found in WT Naked2 vesicles. MDCK cells stably expressing WT Naked2-EGFP were cultured on glass coverslips, fixed with 4% PF, and then permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100. Ds-Red Rab10 and endogenous IQGAP1, annexin A1, and annexin A2 were visualized using a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal microscope (see “Experimental Procedures” for details).
