Antihistamines Diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine, brompheniramine Drowsiness/sedation, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, dry eyes, paradoxic excitability, respiratory depression, hallucinations, tachycardia, arrhythmias, blurred vision
Expectorants Guaifenesin Nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, headache but generally well tolerated.
