Two-locus (HLA-DRB1*15−HLA-A, and HLA-DRB1*15−HLA-B) haplotypes were separated into two groups: 1) Common haplotypes with haplotype frequency greater than 0.02, and 2) Rare haplotypes with haplotype frequency less than 0.02.
