ssp1Δ cells exhibit delayed actin disassembly in the presence of latrunculin A. (A) Strains Q868 (wt) and Q1528 (ssp1Δ) were grown in YEA complex medium at 35°C for 4 h and then exposed to 20 μM latrunculin A in the same medium and incubated further at 35°C.
