Table 1.

To evaluate the variability of iTRAQ ratios induced by using a gel-based procedure, four aliquots of a protein mixture were analyzed in parallel. iTRAQ ratios for proteins from each of the four lanes are tabulated. Protein score >2.0 identified proteins with >99%. (The theoretical ratios between the samples were 1:1:1:1)
