Processing of mutated frataxin in T. brucei. Western analysis of total lysates of the T. brucei Tb-frataxin RNAi knockdown cells stably expressing frataxin1–210 (frataxin1–210), frataxin1–210 with mutated processing site 56 (frataxin_56), frataxin1–210 with mutated processing site 81 (frataxin_81), and frataxin1–210 with mutated processing sites 56 and 81 (frataxin_56+81). The labeling of p, i, m1 and m2 as in Figs. 1 and 3. α-Enolase antibodies were used as a loading control.
