All parameters are measured in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) containing 1 M NaCl. The experimental uncertainties for DSC experiments are: T_M (± 0.5 °C), ΔH_cal (± 4%), TΔS (± 4%), ΔG° (± 6%) and ΔH_vH (± 15%).
