Relative fitness components of the following clones: ancestor (uspA/B −IS150), evolved clone AncB/FTG uspA/B +IS150, and constructed clone AncB/FTG uspA/B −IS150. All three genotypes competed against the ancestor with the opposite arabinose marker.
