Swiss 3T3 fibroblasts were transfected with constructs expressing GFP-RhoGV12 (panels a and b), MYC epitope-tagged Rac1V12 (panels c and d), or MYC epitope-tagged Cdc42HsV12 (panels e and f) proteins.
