Effects of Rac1 and Cdc42Hs inhibition on RhoG-dependent plasma membrane modifications. RhoGV12-expressing REF-52 cells were submitted to two rounds of infection by retroviruses encoding either Rac1N17 or Cdc42HsN17 proteins.
