Effect of RhoGN17 expression on PDGF-induced lamellipodia and bradykinin-induced filopodia. Swiss 3T3 cells were transfected with constructs expressing GFP-RhoGN17 protein. Four hours after transfection, cells were serum starved for 20 h. Cells were then treated for 10 min with 3 ng · ml⁻¹ PDGF (panels a and b) or 100 ng · ml⁻¹ bradykinin (panels c and d), fixed, and monitored for GFP activity (panels a and c) or F-actin distribution (panels b and d).
