The simultaneously selected traits were male flowering (MFL), female flowering (FFL), plant height (PHT), ear height (EHT), and 100-kernel weight (HKF). The economic weights used for MFL, FFL, PHT, EHT, and HKF under the Lande–Thompson molecular selection indexes, the Smith selection index, and the Kempthorne–Nordskog restricted selection index were −1, −1, −1, −1, and 1, respectively, and the heritability of the corresponding traits.
