Immunoblot analysis of A) RAD51, B) RAD52, C) MRE11, D) Ku70, and E) LIG4 following siRNA treatment. Cells were treated with respective siRNAs as described and samples harvested for immunoblot analysis at time points shown. The blots display depletion over the time period of MMC treatment through harvest for cytogenetic analysis. Controls were transfected with a non-functional siRNA.
