Nanodiscs resulting from simulations at 300 K for 62.5 ns (a), at 323 K for 100 ns (b), and 353 K for 285 ns (c) are shown. The scaffold proteins (shown with their backbone only) at each temperature, 300 K (d), 323 K (e), and 353 K (f), maintained a helical content of about 70%.
