Effect of 2 doses of P4 on PGE2 (A) and thromboxane (Tx)B2 (B) levels in controls and muscle cells transfected with PGR-B. P4 (10−6 M) increased PGE2 (*P < 0.05 by ANOVA) and decreased TxB2 (**P < 0.03 by ANOVA) levels in both types of muscle cells.
