TLR1/2-engaged CTLs promote antigen-cross presentation. Mice were sacrificed or died 30–35 days after tumor challenge; percentage of Ova257–264-, Trp-2-, or mouse gp100-specific CD8+ T cells in the draining lymph nodes was determined by staining cells with anti-CD8 antibody and the different tetramers or pentamers.
