(A) The repression of pZRT1-521 by Izh2p overexpression in wild type (WT, BY4742) and isogenic mutant strains lacking either Nrg1p (nrg1Δ) or Nrg2p (nrg2Δ). (B) The repression of pCYC1(ZRT1ZRE1)-lacZ by Izh2p overexpression in wild type (WT, MCY5326) and an isogenic mutant strain lacking both Nrg1p and Nrg2p (nrg1Δnrg2Δ).
