In vitro anti-M. bovis BCG activities of isoniazid (closed squares), norfloxacin (diamonds), and the nonmannosylated macromolecular conjugate of norfloxacin containing an α bond (inverted triangles) as a function of the molar concentration of active drug (i.e., isoniazid or norfloxacin) in the medium.
