Effect of Nrf2 or HO-1 knock down via siRNA transfection on the cisplatin-induced secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines in HEI-OC1 cells. Cells were transfected with 0.5 μg siRNA constructs of Nrf2, HO-1 and control plasmid and further treated with 20 μM cisplatin and 20 μM flunarizine for 24 h.
