Effect of antioxidants on cisplatin-induced secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in HEI-OC1 auditory cells. Cells were treated with 20 μM cisplatin in the presence of 10 mM concentrations of NAC and GSH for 24 h. Proinflammatory cytokine secretion in culture supernatants was then determined by ELISA.
