DAP = diaminopimelic pathway, aKG = alpha-ketoglutarate, OOA = oxalacetic acid, PEP = phosphoenolpyruvate, PGA = phosphoglycerate, R-P3 = 5-phosphoribosylpyrophosphate, Ru-5-P = ribulose-5-phosphate.
