SF4, Primary skin fibroblasts from Mpv17-negative animals; 3T3 1 and 3T3 2, two different isolates of NIH 3T3 cells; RSV7, 3T3 cells, stably transfected with a RSV promotor-driven Mpv17 expression construct (Zwacka et al., 1994). As a loading control, the filter was hybridized with a GAPDH probe (see Figure 2).
