CHO.K1 avian paxillin transfectants were grown on glass coverslips for 24 h in Ham’s F-12 containing 10% FBS, followed by immunofluorescence double-labeling with a chicken-specific, polyclonal antiserum Pax1 (A, C, E, and G) and a monoclonal antibody to phosphotyrosine, PY20 (B, D, F, and H).
