Predicted peptide structure of OsLRR-PSR and IRI-like sequences. Peptide structures of the LRR and IRI-domains of IRI-like sequences as predicted by Pfam and by visual characterisation, respectively. OsLRR-PSR was used as a template for peptide structure comparisons. Grey LRR-domains were predicted with significant P-values in Pfam (P < 0.05).
