Structure of the trivalent construct. The amine end of the dodecapeptide sequence (the amine end of the Threonine) attaches to the carboxylic end of the PEG linker. The amino acid residues present at the end of the peptide sequence (Lys and Thr) are expanded for full visualization of peptide bond formation.
