Location of substitutions refers to putative RNA structures as described in references 36 and 41. Sequences for YF5.2iv and SPYF-MN are based on the molecular clones for these viruses (40, 41). Sequences for SPYF are based on the population sequence obtained on viral RNA isolated from brains of ICR mice.
