Cells (0.5 × 10⁶) were incubated with primary antibodies, washed, incubated with an anti-mouse IgG conjugated to R-phycoerythrin, fixed, and analyzed for fluorescence using a flow cytometer. The relative fluorescence intensity is expressed as a percentage of β₁ fluorescence.
