SINE200 has a typical structure, with a tRNA-related sequence at its 5' end, a conserved tRNA-unrelated sequence, and simple repeats ('A' tail or tandem repeats) at its 3' end. The 5' end of the consensus (gray underlined) is 94% identical to the 5' end of a tRNA-Pseudo gene (AGAP000459).
