Growth of M. synoviae WVU 1853 in MDCK, Vero, and DH82 cell cultures, detected by PCR on the rpoB gene. The cultures were infected with serial dilutions of the strain stock and incubated for 7 days at 37°C and 5% CO₂. The mycoplasma titers (CFU/ml) in the dilutions were determined using ATCC 486 medium.
